Spraying for Mosquitoes
Can anyone recommend a mosquito spray for yards that won't endanger pets? My backyard is rife with them - I've gotten rid of any standing water, etc. Thanks for your input!

Welcome to the Dog Dish
Since opening six years ago the Dog Dish has become a place where pet lovers can come together, visit with our staff or others, ask questions, share information or just enjoy the company of other pet lovers and their four-legged friends. Although we had a website, we never felt it offered the same atmosphere our store did. Then came along the technology which allows all our Dog Dish friends to ask questions, offer advice, share information etc. all online.
We hope you will take a moment to join our community. Registration is free and we will never share any of your information. While you are here, look around and let us know what we can do to make this community as good as the one inside the four walls of the Dog Dish.
Yappy Barkday 2009
Since we had such a tremendous turnout and huge participation by so many rescues, we decided to expand our original contest/donation rules to include 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Congratulations to Sooner Golden Retriever Rescue, the recipient of our $500 donation for having the most adopted dogs in attendance - a whopping 40! Halfway Home Greyhounds came in 2nd with 28 dogs present and TSPCA came in 3rd with 21 in attendance. Both TSPCA and HHG received a $100 donation from Dog Dish.
While a little friendly competition is always great, the most significant take away from this event was how many wonderful people out there believe in the importance of adopting rescued pets. Thank you to all of you who give these animals a second chance at having a loving home. And just for the record, Chase did not mind sharing his birthday with all of the other rescue dogs and told us that it was the best birthday party he has ever had.
Other rescues present included: Pet Adoption League, Animal Rescue Foundation, Yorkie Rescue, Animal Aide, Boxer Rescue and Animal Welfare! In all more than 103 dogs attended this special Yappy Barkday event!
